Clear Cross Soap

An everyday object made with a quiet reminder at its centre.

The Clear Cross Soap is hand poured in clear glycerine soap, with an African black soap cross set within the bar.

Made to be used rather than simply displayed, the cross remains at the heart of the piece as a small reminder of Jesus within an ordinary daily rhythm.

Each bar is poured individually by hand, so subtle variations in clarity, placement and finish are a natural part of the piece.

Care

Allow the soap to dry between uses, ideally on a well draining soap dish.

Avoid leaving the bar sitting in water, as this can soften the glycerine soap and shorten its life.

Store unused bars somewhere cool and dry, away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
